About Author – Sushant Supriye
सुशांत सुप्रिय जी का जन्म 28 मार्च, 1968 को हुआ | इनकी शिक्षा अमृतसर तथा दिल्ली में हुई | हिंदी के प्रतिष्ठित कथाकार , कवि तथा साहित्यिक अनुवादक । इनके सात कथा-संग्रह , तीन काव्य-संग्रह तथा विश्व की अनूदित कहानियों के छह संग्रह प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं । इनकी कहानियाँ और कविताएँ कई राज्यों के स्कूल-कॉलेजों में बच्चों को पढ़ाई जाती हैं | कई भाषाओं में अनूदित इनकी रचनाओं पर कई विश्वविद्यालयों में छात्र एम. फ़िल और पी. एच. डी. का शोधकार्य कर रहे हैं| इनकी कई कहानियों के नाट्य मंचन हुए हैं तथा इनकी एक कहानी ‘दुमदार जी की दुम’ पर फ़िल्म भी बन रही है | सुशांत लोक सभा सचिवालय, नई दिल्ली में अधिकारी हैं और इंदिरापुरम्, ग़ाज़ियाबाद में रहते हैं ।
